RAGBRAI 2013  July 21-27th, 2013

SGK 60 miles 3 day walk/or Relay for Life/ or October Breast Cancer Awareness Dinner

Exercise daily… minimum of 1 mile walked or 15 minutes on bike.

Consume no pop.

Partipate and run a 5k.
